The procedure after you received notification from conference’s committee regarding your paper:

If your paper has been accepted to be presented and published:

  1. The Author/presenter needs to register and pay the conference fee, according to registration procedure.
  2. The Author is allowed to revise the full paper if needed and re-submit it at maximum September 23rd.
  3. The Author needs to present the paper in the conference (September 15th, 2018).
  4. The Author would get a feedback after 2nd reviewing process (during September 23rd – October 10th, 2018)
  5. The author would get the last chance to revise their paper based on proofreading feedback and re-submit the final version of the paper at maximum October 20th, 2018. The author should also fill in the copyright transfer agreement.
  6. The final version of the paper would be proofread and edited by editorial team board before submitted to publisher
  7. The review or editing process by the publisher. Any notification from publisher shall be sent to the author.

 

If your paper has not been accepted to be presented with revisions for publication:

Unfortunately, you could not present the paper in UIPSUR 2018. However, you are very welcome to join us as participant/audience.
